HOW TO USE

Ear thermometer that’s easy to use, compact, and fast. Ear is the best site to measure fever as it allows for a more accurate reflection of core body temperature.** Ideal for the whole family, this compact and handheld digital ear thermometer has a color-coded screen with instant fever detection to visually help you interpret the temperature reading. A green screen indicates normal temperature, yellow indicates a fever, and red indicates a high fever is detected. Each screen display is also accompanied by a specific audio temperature indicator – one beep signals normal temperature, 2 consecutive beeps signal the reading is equal or higher to 99.5 °F (37.5 °C), and 4 beeps signal if the reading is equal or higher to 101.4 °F (38.6 °C). You’ll get professional accuracy with 1-second temperature readings.

Product Application

How To Use

Turn the Device On: Press the power button to turn on the thermometer.
Select the Mode: If the thermometer has different modes (like body, surface, or room temperature), make sure it is set to the correct mode you wish to use – in this case, 'Body'.
Position the Thermometer: Hold the thermometer perpendicular to the forehead and approximately 1-2 inches away from the skin to ensure accurate measurement.
Take the Measurement: Press the trigger or measurement button to take a reading.
Read the Temperature: Wait for the device to process (which usually takes a few seconds), and then read the temperature on the display.
Turn the Device Off: To save battery, turn the device off after use, unless it has an automatic shut-off feature.
